I'm sure Many Musicians want to work for you,
but most of them are asking for a hand out, because they have little
to offer.
Today in this business, it requires more than Just talent,
It even requires more than just have top quality equipment.
The Musician needs to know the in's and out's of their tools, they create music with.

I have to bring this up, but this is a serious subject that will effect you in your choice.
Think about the doomed Costa Concordia The "CAPTAIN" did not know what to do in
an emergency. BUT he know how to operate the ship, there he was hired, but now he is costing
many people grief.

If you have a deadline, and your composer's equipment break down,
if he does not know how to fix the situation, will you loose the JOB and a LOT of Money?
Sometimes you have to go deeper than flashiness, and choose experience or both.

Some Musicians are looking for you to provide the equipment,
location, training, and the pay check, and most of them think they've paid
their dues, cause they spent 1 or 2 years on a laptop. and YOU go for it.
